Any delinquent account has the right to a public hearing.   A public hearing must be requested in writing and sent to Waterworks office at 820 S. Park Street.  You may also place the letter in one of our drop boxes located in our parking lot or at the east parking lot of the Depot/City Hall.

Public hearings will be scheduled at the next available Board meeting.  The Board meets the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m.

If you wish to be placed on the agenda for items other than delinquent accounts, please call the office before 10:00 a.m. on the Friday before the meeting.
