CCWW Billing & Disconnect Policy

The above link is the Creston Waterworks’ disconnect policy.   The Creston Waterworks is a municipal utility governed by the Water Board of Trustees.  The Board of Trustees is mayor appointed and city council approved, but is an independent entity from city government.  The Waterworks is not governed by the Iowa Utilities Board and does not have a moratorium on disconnects.  Our disconnect policy has been vetted by legal counsel and meets all applicable State laws.
